PsychaLogica and Hess Coproration
PsychaLogica continues to support the Hess Corporation in its worldwide safety leadership development programme. Last year almost 1000 people attended what is now referred to as the safety leadership foundation workshop. The programme in 2011-2012 builds on the skills developed in the foundation workshop and is directed at operational management and supervision. So far workshops have been delivered in North Dakota, Seminole, Lake Charles and Houston (all USA), Aberdeen, London and Copenhagen (Europe). Further workshops are scheduled for Africa, Asia and Australia.

PsychaLogica and Karachaganak Petroleum Operation (KPO)
PsychaLogica has been engaged by KPO to support the development of its behavioural safety programme. KPO is a joint venture between BG Group (UK), ENI (Italy), Chevron (US) and Lukoil (Russia). The project is located in the northwest of Kazakhstan and is a very large oil and gas producing field. The work so far has involved conducting a review of the existing behavioural safety programme and the writing of a manual and supporting training programme.

PsychaLogica and AES
PsychaLogica continues to work with AES (a US based power networks/generation company). An implementation programme is underway at Elsta in the Netherlands and similar work is planned for Kazakhstan and Turkey.
August 2011
PsychaLogica and RS Components
Following the success of a UK based safety leadership and behavioural safety programme. PsychaLogica has just begun to support the implementation of Target Zero into RS’s European business. Workshops are scheduled for Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands and France.
September 2011
PsychaLogica continues its Safety Leadership programmes with Hess and RS Components. Twenty two-day workshops were delivered in Germany, Italy, Equatorial Guinea, France, USA, and the UK in September.
“The training provided to me good skills in order to improve my leadership. I will start to work within myself and then with the rest of my team very soon”, - this is the opinion of an attendee who took the course in Milan on 22-23 September.

PsychaLogica operated in Spain, France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Holland, USA and the UK. More than two hundred attendees took part in twenty five two-day workshops and they valued the delivery highly: “Excellent course. PsychaLogica content kept it very interesting. Best safety course I have ever attended in my career” - a further opinion of an attendee from Aberdeen workshop, 17-18 October.
November-December 2011
Twenty-two two-day workshops were delivered by PsychaLogica consultants in the USA, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Algeria, Australia and the UK. “This is the best workshop on safety issues I have ever been through”, - feedback from an attendee at the workshop in Beijing on the 7-8 November 2011.
January 2012
The PsychaLogica team held its annual meeting at Swinfen Hall Hotel, UK. The results of activity during 2011 were summarised. An impressive summary - more than 200 workshops were delivered in the USA, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Equatorial Gunea, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Ireland, the UK and other countries, a proud confirmation that "PsychaLogica operates across five continents".
In 2012 work will continue with Hess, Siemens, Nestle and other valued clients with whom PsychaLogica have been working in partnership for a number of years.
