Charles Shoesmith

Charles is a Chartered Psychologist who has many years' international experience consulting in the area of individual and organisational behaviour and learning. He has particular expertise in the design and development of innovative and effective solutions to complex organisational and people performance issues. He has consulted across a wide variety of business sectors addressing issues such as productivity, health and safety, quality, productivity and customer service. He is an extremely effective presenter and trainer, applying his background in learning and educational theory to tailor courses to meet specific needs.

Sue Hutton-Ashkenny

During Sue’s career she has worked for two international management consultancies and more recently has been working as an independent consultant. With twenty years marketing experience she has a proven track record working across various business sectors including finance, retail and manufacturing. She specialises in client rather than product and offers a broad range of services in a more tailored manner than the competition offers off the shelf. Sue's emphasis is on building and maintaining long term relationships with both prospects and clients.

Trevor Cooper

Trevor has behind him a long service in the oil industry with, in particular, experience in the manufacture and distribution of lubricants. Within this experience are specific skills in the management of people through change, their development through major health, safety and quality workplace initiatives and with respect to the latter a time-served practical approach to their application.

David Petty

An experienced consultant specialising in helping companies achieve their goals by improving the effectiveness of the human system through behaviour change. Previously an HR Manager, he trained as a counsellor/ change facilitator and then specialised in executive coaching in the context of major organisational change programmes. Consultancy assignments include work with senior management in private and public sector businesses helping improve individual and group effectiveness through individual coaching and team facilitation. Other projects have included implementing performance improvement processes in retailing, financial services and large call-centre operations. Dave now specialises in the area of behavioural safety and has experience in a wide variety of sectors including oil and gas and chemicals both in the UK and internationally. Dave is completing the final stages of an MA in individual and group Gestalt Psychotherapy.

Lindsey Muir

Lindsey is an experienced consultant in the area of individual and organisational behaviour and process change. She has experience in merging client led process improvement and change plans with behavioural technology to maximise the benefits available.  The core style Lindsey uses is to work with the client to develop jointly a practical solution to the business requirements. She has consulted across a wide variety of business sectors with some emphasis on financial and call centre based activities addressing issues such as productivity, health and safety, quality, employee engagement and customer service. She is an effective presenter and trainer, applying her behavioural principles to knowledge transfer to ensure effective implementations.

Rosamonde Quincey

Rosamonde is an experienced HR professional who initially worked in research and development and now specialises in employment law and performance management.  She is committed to helping organisations address issues relating to performance and under-performance and draws on her practical experience whilst blending this with the latest thinking. She develops constructive relationships with clients who are based on high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust.  Her experience ranges across the public and private sector and she has worked with multinationals as well as SME’s.  She is very experienced in developing and delivering training events and uses accelerated learning methods to maximise the added value of her interventions.

Peter Fargus

Peter has a broad work experience having been engaged in businesses as diverse as banking, airlines and confectionery manufacture. He is a Chartered Psychologist and from a consultant perspective developed over many years with a variety of consulting groups, now specialises in the measurement and improvement of employee motivation which includes the use of organisation diagnostics, supervisory and management development and associated improvement action.

David Pride

David is a Chartered Psychologist who has worked for thirty years in the area of people and organisational development. In this time, he has worked in the airline and oil industries before entering consultancy full-time in 1988.  He has led major projects in organisation review and change management – all from a behavioural perspective; he facilitates top team development and acts as coach for managers in career transition and performance improvement. As a Corporate Psychologist David has led many assignments to establish what needs to change in people and systems for organisations to be significantly more effective. He has led or otherwise contributed to local and international projects, including offshore, delivering complex culture change initiatives. David is a vibrant, natural presenter with a very substantial core of professional expertise.

Kevin Edwards

The first half of Kevin’s wide ranging career was spent in business and project management roles whilst the second half was spent fulfilling leadership & organisation development interim and consultancy roles.  As a result, he has the ability to blend hard organisation design and change management methods with soft organisation development approaches.  Kevin combines his experience with the latest organisational research to help clients systematically create the organisational characteristics, behaviours and practices that drive high performance.  Kevin has worked internationally and across a range of business sectors and organisation types including Automotive, Financial Services, Healthcare, IT, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Research and Development, Transport, Utilities as well as Emergency Services and other non-profit organisations.  Kevin is also a CIPD – Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development - associate trainer and consultant whose work has been externally recognised; he spoke at the 2011 CIPD conference on Organisation Development.

John Domenick

John is a leadership consultant with over thirty years’ experience in the area of people and organizational development.  During his career he has lead teams of professional consultants in his roles as chief operating officer and sales and marketing executive.  His international consulting experience includes work with oil and natural gas exploration and production, chemical manufacturing, banking and financial services, mining and refining, power generation and distribution, airplane manufacturing and many others industries.  John is a dynamic facilitator and presenter who brings energy and emotion to his engagements, along with his wealth of experience and professional expertise.

Simon McDermott Brown

A management consultant who has been involved in people management for more than 30 years, for the first ten years as an HR practitioner and since 1988 as a consultant in both the private and public sectors. Consulting experience covers a range of areas including business transformation, culture change, employee communications, team development, performance management, executive coaching and, in particular, helping organisations to bring about performance improvement through behavioural change. He has worked in a wide range of sectors including transportation, civil engineering, chemicals, construction, infrastructure development, facilities management, oil and gas and utilities. Simon is an excellent presenter, communicator and facilitator and is equally comfortable with all levels in the workplace. He has international consulting experience gained in the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Italy, Malaysia, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and the USA.
