A robust and valid incident investigation process is an essential requirement of a health and safety strategy.

We at PsychaLogica believe that we offer an additional dimension to the typical investigation process, building on traditional approaches and securing findings which are more representative of the event under investigation, i.e. what actually happened.

In so doing, rather than an investigation concluding with findings which serve only to reinforce a relatively superficial explanation, instead they help to promote deeper learning and incident prevention.

Such promotion, we believe, will contribute to the development of remedies which will not only reduce incidents but also be significant in preventing their reocurrence.
